Sea moss gel is sea moss that has been cleaned and soaked with water. Oftentimes, the gel also includes other additives such as elderberry or chia seeds. Although you can eat sea moss without converting it into a gel form, many users prefer the gel for cooking and baking.

To make sea moss gel, you’ll need to clean the moss and remove any sea debris or dirt. Be sure to use filtered, spring, or alkaline water – never tap water. Unfiltered water can contaminate the moss and render it less beneficial to your body.

Once the sea moss is clean, store it in an airtight container and place it in your fridge. You can keep up the moss for up to one month in the fridge and three months in the freezer.

We recommend you take your Sea Moss Gel first thing in the morning (on and empty stomach) but it can be consumed at any time during the day or night.

Process: Rinse the seamoss 2 to 3 times till water is clear. Place in bowel and soak in water for 12 hours. You must add water as seamoss will rise in size. Squeeze lime or lemon( if preferred) when soaking the seamoss. After 12 hours you blend and place in jars. Must refrigerate after poured in jars. Enjoy up to 3 tablespoons a day
